Who else would Cut Man be if not a Bisharp?
I'm a lot happier with this artwork than with that of Mega Machop, but I'm not sure how well it fits Cut Man's established personality... it looks more like the sadistic Cut Man of that old cartoon which I've never seen (actually, there are a lot of old cartoons I've never seen).

yeah, Bisharp works too well for Cut man as well.... they look similar >>;... (way to go Nintendo, gotta steal em all.)
